Take a few minutes to rediscover and reconnect with your true Self.
In Sanskrit, the word mantra has two parts. “Man” is the root of the Sanskrit word for mind and “tra” is the root of the word instrument or tool. Therefore, a mantra is a tool or instrument of the mind. A mantra has no meaning. It’s a pure sound or vibration that allows your body to settle into deeper levels of awareness. In meditation, we use a mantra as a vehicle to take us from activity into silence which allows us to connect to ourselves at a deeper level.
"The mantra is a tool of de-conditioning and un-knowing. Mantra is the main tool for psychological and emotional healing." – Dr. David Frawley
